Orthopedic Complications in Rheumatoid Arthritis
Orthopedic complications in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) refer to the musculoskeletal problems that can arise as a result of the chronic inflammation and joint damage associated with the disease. RA is an autoimmune disorder in which the immune system mistakenly attacks the body's own joints, leading to inflammation, pain, and swelling.
